1. Billing Overview Estate Manager offers subscription-based services. Charges are processed securely via third-party providers like Stripe and Paystack. Billing cycles are monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan.
2. Payment Processing By subscribing, you authorize Estate Manager and its payment providers to charge your selected payment method for applicable fees. All billing information must be accurate and up to date.
3. Subscription Renewals Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account profile.
4. Free Trials Some plans may include a free trial. At the end of the trial, billing begins automatically unless you cancel beforehand. Trial eligibility is limited to new users unless otherwise stated.
5. Refunds All payments are non-refundable unless required by law. Refunds will not be issued for partial billing periods, unused features, or unintentional purchases. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support within 7 days.
6. Failed Payments If your payment fails, we may suspend or terminate access to subscription features until the issue is resolved. You are responsible for any bank fees, reprocessing charges, or collection costs.
7. Disputes If you believe you were incorrectly charged, email us at  billing@estatemngr.com with full details. Disputes must be submitted within 7 days of the charge.
8. Policy Updates We may revise this policy periodically. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
